• Lending money to companies/charities which may lack access to affordable finance.

Marcus has a background in traditional structured finance and understands what is normally required and expected by traditional investors. He also has extensive experience as a trustee/director of charitable foundations making philanthropic donations.

He has attended the SOCAP conference in San Francisco and has provided advice to Small Giants, a social impact investor. He believes there are good opportunities to structure better social impact investments by focussing on the important issues and INFORMING investors about their options and the additional impact that may be had by engaging in less traditional structures.
